Ulyanna Chung

Prior to opening her successful insurance agency, Ulyanna Chung was in federal law enforcement. In 2003, she opened her insurance agency. This was the first time in her professional career that she did not excel naturally. Not only did she have to make sales, she needed to lead people. She had to motivate and inspire peopIe; yet she had no idea how to do so. She understood the value of hard work, and had years of growth and success due to many long hours, but that type of work level was not sustainable in the long run. She would burn out and take her foot off the gas pedal. She would then have a slump year and see the negative impact on the business, so she would start to kick it into gear again. It was a roller coaster of ups and downs for about 11 years of agency. Finally, Ulyanna decided that something needed to change. The roller coaster was emotionally and mentally draining. She worked on her leadership skills. Through effective communication, accountability, and team development, she was able to create a winning agency culture where production places her agency in the top 2% of agencies nationwide. This is achieved by amazing team members who share in the vision of the agency, and strive for success.
